Carlene and Carlton have succeeded in expanding the business and in upholding West Meade’s established reputation for fine quality and customer service. As the years have passed, the Guye family has observed the increase of warehouse retail business and the severe decline in the customer service business in Nashville. Although West Meade offers a vast array of services, we pride ourselves chiefly for our tremendous customer service. While we can appreciate the growth of the do-it-youself community, we still recognize the need for trained, experienced professionals who truly seek to please the customer.
