We begin with the finest pork. We carefully smoke the meat using the finest hickory wood for up to 17 hours till it reaches perfection. Once the meat is fully smoked, we hand pull the meat from the bone. We then add some of our special seasonings to the meat and finish with the final touches. Once it is ready, we then prepare it by hand and serve it up to you!
